All members are expected to communicate respectfully. Harassment, abuse, hate speech, or any form of intimidation is strictly prohibited. This platform is not for commercial solicitation; do not use it to advertise products or services. Members are expected to exercise discretion and respect the privacy of others.
The following activities are grounds for immediate account termination without a refund: engaging in or promoting scams, catfishing (using a false identity), involving underage individuals, promoting illegal activities, sending spam, or attempting to blackmail other users. All illegal activities will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Subscription fees for Premium and VIP memberships are detailed on the payment page. Subscriptions are billed in cycles (e.g., monthly, quarterly). To ensure uninterrupted service, most subscription plans will automatically renew at the end of the billing period. You can disable auto-renewal at any time in your account settings. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new Premium or VIP memberships. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. After this period, subscription fees are non-refundable. You can cancel your membership at any time to prevent future charges, and you will retain access until the end of your current paid term.
You retain all ownership rights to the content you post (e.g., photos, profile text). However, by posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and providing our services. All other content on the platform, including logos, text, and graphics, is our exclusive property.

Any disputes arising from this agreement will first be addressed through an internal mediation process. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with Australian law. The jurisdiction for any legal proceedings shall be the courts of Australia.
Our platform is provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties of any kind. Our total liability to you for any damages arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete your account if you violate these terms, engage in prohibited activities, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may appeal a termination by contacting our support team, but we are not obligated to restore your account.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes, typically via email or a notification on the platform. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
